Double bedroom, air-conditioned, TV and single convertible couch. Fully equipped small eat-in kitchen and full bath (also warm water outside shower). This little house sits in a uniquely landscaped garden with grassy lawn and a path leading to Long Pond for freshwater bathing. Short walk to convenience stores and library. Extra fee for child. Close to National Seashore Visitors Center. Walk to bike trails, walk to fresh water pond, distance to beach 2 miles, distance to town of Orleans 2-3 miles.
