Excellent location for biking to Nauset Beach. A sunny apartment with private entrance. Living room with single sofa sleeper, cable TV/Vcr, phone. Nice dining area and full kitchen stocked for breakfast. A separate queen bedroom and modern bath with shower. Two private decks. All children welcome ($30/$20 additional per child over age 3, crib also available for one time charge of $30). Distance to beach 1 mile, walk to town, distance to bike trail 2 miles. Minimum 5 nights in July and August. Maximum three (3) guests.
