A beautiful, new Condo in quaint E. Orleans, a perfect location for that Cape Cod visit or weekly vacation. This is a terrific location and a spacious accommodation. You are only 1.5 miles to Nauset Beach, walk into the village of E. Olreans for dinner and the best ice cream on Cape Cod, 2/10 of a mile to Meeting House Pond with a small beach and public swimming dock or kayak into Pleasant Bay and only 2 miles to the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The condo has 2 bedrooms a queen on the first floor with an attached bath with tub and shower, a queen on the second floor with a hall bath with tub and shower and there is also a half bath on the first floor. On the first floor there is a living and dining room, full kitchen, washer /dryer and a patio with a gas grille. On the 2nd floor there is a loft den with a queen sofa bed. For that extra ambience in the off season there is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is central air conditioning throughout. Attached garage. Perfect for that family reunion or the annual vacation on Cape Cod. No breakfast for weekly rental, stocked refrig. for nightly rental. Maximum 6 people.
